If you need more information about the status and delivery date of your order, you can search of your shipment on the carrier´s websites using the package number or you can request it by email.

 

What can I do if the tracking link is not yet available?

Please be patient, the tracking link will only be available once your package has been picked up by the carrier.

 

What if the tracking link doesn't update?

Please note that the tracking link is not updated on a daily basis. However, if the link has not updated within 5-6 business days, please contact us.

 

I received a message that my package was delivered, but I still haven't received anything. What should I do?
