DOT 4 - compared to the older DOT 3, this improved version is characterized by overall higher heat resistance and also better viscosity. Expressed in numbers, this means that the dry boiling point is 230 °C, while the wet boiling point is 155 °C. The viscosity is approximately 1,800 mm²/s. Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of this variant is higher heat resistance, which also ensures greater safety in case the liquid gets too hot due to external or internal factors. It means that the liquid retains its properties longer, bubbles do not form in it and it works perfectly even at high temperatures.
